Paul G. Kaminski is Chairman and CEO of Technovation, Inc. Kaminski served as the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology during 1994-97 with responsibility for all DOD R&D and acquisition programs, logistics support, the defense industrial base, and military construction. His previous government service includes a 20-year career as a USAF officer. During 1981-84, he served as Director for Low Observables Technology, with responsibility for overseeing the development, production, and fielding of major “stealth” systems including lead for the initial development of a National Reconnaissance Office space system and its related sensor technologies. Dr. Kaminski is a member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, Chairs of the Defense Science Board, and serves as a member of the DNI’s Senior Advisory Board, the FBI Director’s Advisory Board, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Technical Advisory Board, the National Academies Air Force Studies Board, and the Atlantic Council. Kaminski Chairs the Boards of the RAND Corporation, Exostar and HRL (Hughes Research Laboratories); and is a Director of General Dynamics, Bay Microsystems, CoVant Technologies, and the USAF Academy Endowment with related advisory service to the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab and MIT’s Lincoln Lab. Therefore, the Omega Alpha Association Board of Directors is delighted and honored to welcome Dr. Paul Kaminski to Honorary Membership in the International Honor Society for Systems Engineering.
